Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduled appointments must be rebooked within the same calendar week, subject to availability. Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows: Any same-day cancellation or failure to show up will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable under these circumstances. Deposits & Installment Payments: All deposits are non-refundable. If you choose an installment payment option, all payments made are non-refundable, including in cases of same-day cancellation or no-shows. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation without refund, depending on availability. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
